Enterprise Learning Library Security |

- The KeyStone Enterprise Learning Library provides four levels of security: System Administrator, System Department Administrator, Department Administrator, and User (Student).
- All are password secured and allow access to the student and course management features respectively. In addition to the features listed below, System Administrators can set global options such as creating clients or departments, default media locations (video or file servers or DVD-ROM).
- System Client Administrators can create clients or departments, but not global options. Client Administrators can create and manage their own students and curriculums.

Administrator Features - 3 Levels of Administrative Control |

- Can create Departments, Users/Students and set global options such as default content (media) locations (video or file servers or CD/DVD-ROM) for all departments.

- Can set content (media) locations (video or file servers or DVD-ROM) for individual departments.

- Allow students to self register and control registration and courses assigned
- Check updates – administrator can check for new course and KeyStone Learning Library updates via the web.
- Assign and remove course assignments for students
- View course assignments of students
- Ability to assign courses to departments for easy course assignments to large groups of students
- Add or remove students from departments
- View User membership
- Add or remove courses to classes/groups
- Set course start and end dates
- Limit number of users per department
- Ad insertion (corporate messages, etc. in between course clips)
- Assign passing grades
- Allow number of concurrent users per department (bandwidth management)
- Allow or deny anonymous student access
- Modify connection timeouts

- Video instructions are delivered to the user in Microsoft Windows Media format utilizing Microsoft Internet Explorer in Microsoft Windows. Additional material/content may be provided in Adobe Reader format.

The Enterprise Learning Library software must be installed on a server with the following minimum specifications for best performance:
- Windows Server 2000, 2003, or 2003 Web Edition
- 80GB of free hard drive space
- Celeron D 2GHz processor or better
- 512MB RAM
- 100Mbps LAN
If your server does not meet these requirements, KeyStone offers servers preconfigured with the Enterprise Learning Library Software below. Preconfigured server speciafication:
